摘要
The contribution of electrostatic image forces on the forces acting in the films of solutions is obtained. It has been taken into account that the distribution of polar solute across the film is determined both by molecular and image forces. The evaluation of the contribution of image forces shows that these forces can be significant only for the cases of large values of dipole moment of solute molecules.
