摘要
We have seen in electrets of amorphous polyethylene-terephthalate, using thermal windows to polarize and thermally stimulated depolarization currents dielectric spectroscopy as a technique of analysis, that the polar peak (alpha) and the free charge one (rho) show a maximal area at polarization temperatures T(p) that we call the temperature of optimal polarization T(po). The T(po) of alpha is almost-equal-to 70-degrees-C arid for T(p) > T(po) the temperature at which the maximum intensity appears remains constant with T(p). For this range of temperature the intensity of the maximum decreases and the polarization is linear with 1/T(p). On the other hand, the second peak (rho), which has a T(po) almost-equal-to 87-degrees-C, for T(p) > T(po) shows the maximum intensity at temperatures that are linear with T(p). For this range of temperatures the intensity of the maximum decreases with T(p) and the polarization is not linear with 1/T(p). These results are compared with those obtained from polyvinylchloride and polymethylmethacrylate.
