摘要
We propose the models aimed at the computer simulation of electroconductivity of any polycrystalline material mixtures. The influence of model parameters on the behavior of conductivity is considered. The correspondence between the model parameters and the characteristics of physical objects is established, thus providing the possibility of surveying the spatial relations in solid-state systems.
