摘要：

Lattice parameter changes in Ni//3Al and Ni//3Ga are evaluated as substitution behavior of the ternary element. The interrelation between the slope of linear variation of lattice parameter change in Ni( gamma ) and Ni//3Al( gamma prime ) is interpreted by equations. The apparent atomic diameters of B-subgroup elements in various fcc solvents of Co, Fe, Pd, Pt, Cu, Ag and Au, are discussed in terms of electronic structures of constitutent elements in the solid solutions.
