摘要
thiourea assisted dissociation of [Pt(dien)(Guo-N7)](2+) (Guo = guanosine, dien = diethylenetriamine) in aqueous solution (pH = ca. 3) the nucleophile dependent reaction follows a three-path mechanism, in which the initial binding of the nucleophile to the complex and the ring-opening step of the terdentate dien ligand are reversible.
