摘要
Poly-gamma-benzyl L-glutamate (PBLG) and dichloromethane form a lyotropic liquid crystals which can be used as solvent for enantiomeric excess analysis through proton decoupled H-2 NMR spectroscopy. Deuterated (R) and (S) enantiomers of laurene and epilaurene precursors dissolved in PBLG/CH2Cl2 mixtures exhibit different deuterium quadrupolar splittings on their H-2 NMR spectra, which provides a new and accurate method to measure their enantiomeric excesses.
