摘要
Despite continued improvements in the selection of patients, preoperative and intraoperative diagnostic imaging, and surgical techniques, graft failure remains a substantial problem for both autogenous and prosthetic bypass grafts. The use of anticoagulants and other pharmacologic agents to prolong graft patency is discussed, and practical suggestions are made regarding the best current management for high-risk bypass grafts.
