摘要
The development of a sequential sampling plan for wheat stripe rust is reported, based on knowledge of spatial pattern, and predetermined action thresholds and confidence levels. The plan reduced fungicide applications while maintaining yield at four test sites. Decisions were reached in 7 min (+/- 1 min), making the method suitable for regular monitoring by scouts or growers.
