摘要
A computer simulation and experimental study of electric noise in the triaxial capacitance displacement transducer, when combined with the measurement instrument, leads to an optimal design range for the value of the reference capacitor of the transducer. The range is defined in terms of the decrease in noise, relative to the increase in capacitance. © 1990 IEEE
