A QCD CALCULATION OF THE PION SCALAR FORM-FACTOR (SIGMA-TERM)

摘要
The scalar pion form factor (also known as sigma-term) is calculated from the QCD Green function approach. The result at q2 = 0 is in excellent agreement with the PCAC prediction. We also present the q2-dependence of the form factor which allows us to obtain the scalar radius of the pion as <r2>pi-s = 12.6 +/- 1.3 GeV-2.
