摘要：
The paper presents a wholistic, integrated approach that takes into consideration the various issues involved in forestry, development, and environment in relation to energy use that can accelerate the improvement of the quality of life of Nigerians, in general, reduce poverty, and abate environmental problems. Consequently, the nation will experience economic growth and development.
