摘要
Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) analysis using T-cell receptor delta chain gene (TCR-delta), immunoglobulin heavy chain gene (IgH) and t(14; 18) translocation was used to assess minimal residual disease (MRD) in PBSC and bone marrow from patients with leukaemia and lymphoma. PCR positivity was found in a proportion of PBSC harvests collected following standard chemotherapy.
