摘要：

Spayed adult cats were given mating tests after intramuscular injections of 45 γ or 450 γ of estradiol benzoate. A longer mating period was induced by the larger dose than by the smaller dose. This effect resulted from a prolongation of the mating period, which indicates that the mechanism regulating mating duration is capable of a graduated response to suprathreshold doses of estrogen. There was no reliable evidence that dose affected mating latency. © 1968.
