摘要
Cobalt (I) catalyzed cycloisomerization of a epsilon-acetylenic beta'-alkyl beta-ketoester led to highly functionalized methylenecyclopentanes with stereocontrol of two contiguous centers. The level of diastereoselectivity is moderate to high (de = 12.92%).
