CORRELATION BETWEEN DOMAIN-WALL DYNAMICS AND SPIN SPIN RELAXATION IN UNIAXIAL FERROMAGNETS

摘要
The dynamical susceptibility chi(omega) below T(c) of LiTbF4 and GdCl shows contributions by a slow domain-wall relaxation and by a fast intradomain spin-spin-relaxation. While the domain-wall motion displays a critical speeding-up when approaching T(c), the spin-spin relaxation slows down according to the Van Hove hypothesis. Assuming closure domains the absolute value of domain-wall relaxation in GdCl3 can be explained.
