XPS CORE LEVEL SPECTRA AND AUGER PARAMETERS FOR SOME SILVER COMPOUNDS

摘要
X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy measurements of several silver compounds were made and precise photoelectron and Auger line energies reported for Ag(3d5/2) and Ag(M4N4,5N4,5) lines. Auger parameters for different chemical states of silver have been derived based upon these measurements.
