摘要
To clarify the effect of morphological characteristics on parameters (Re, C and S) of an equivalent circuit for an air, platinum/ YSZ electrode, the electrodes impedances were measured for the three types of electrodes made of porous platinum, film-platinum, and film-platinum sandwiched between porous substrate and YSZ electrolyte. By comparing the simulation results for the three electrodes, it is found that C is proportional to R-2e and that S is proportional to Re. It suggests that the para meter C is proportional to the contact area of the Pt/YSZ interface and the parameter S is inversely proportional to the length of three-phase bounding. Hence by the values of the parameters Re (or S) and C, we can estimate the morphological characteristics of the interface. © 1990.
