摘要
In addition to the known compounds α-tocotrienol, δ-tocotrienol and 13β-hydroxylabda-7,14-diene the stem bark of Zuelania guidonia has yielded seven new diterpenes based on the zuelanin (rel-18α,19β-diacetoxy-5β,8β,9α,10β-clerod-3,12,14-trien-18,19-oxide) skeleton and one based on the isozuelanin (rel-18α,19β-diacetoxy-5β,8β,9α,10β-clerod-3,13(16),14-trien-18,19-oxide) skeleton. The new compounds were identified, primarily on the basis of NMR analysis, as zuelanin-2β-benzoate, 6β-hydroxyzuelanin-2α-acetate, 6β-hydroxyzuelanin-2α-n-octanoate, 6β-hydroxyzuelanin-2β-n-octanoate, 6β-hydroxyzuelanin-2β-benzoate, 6β-hydroxyisozuelanin-2β-benzoate, 2α-hydroxyzuelanin-6β-benzoate and 2α-hydroxyzuelanin-6β-n-(3-hydroxy)octanoate. © 1990.
