摘要
An anomaly in the specific heat of kappa-(ET)2 Cu[N(CN)2]Br, where ET is the radical-cation donor molecule bis(ethylenedithio)tetrathiafulvalene, has been observed around T(c) approximately 11.5 K, indicating bulk superconductivity in this organic charge-transfer salt. The normal-state electronic specific heat coefficient, gamma = 22 +/- 3 mJ K-2 mol was obtained by the suppression of superconductivity with a sufficiently strong magnetic field applied parallel to the crystallographic b direction. The ratio of the specific heat discontinuity DELTA-C to gamma-T indicates strong coupling. Comparisons with other ET-based organic superconductors are made.
