摘要
The wire-electrochemical cutting of mild steel, using a passivating electrolyte of NaNO3, is evaluated from the point of view of the feed rate and the side gap. The results of this evaluation permit the conclusion that by using such electrolyte the maximum feed rate can be increased and the cuts are significantly more accurate than by when using an electrolyte of NaCl.
