摘要：

Most phospholipids can be labeled only by in vivo biosynthesis or by complex chemical synthesis. This letter demonstrates an enzymatic method for introduction of labeled fatty acids in position 1 of phosphoglycerides. This method, consisting of a simple incubation with Rhizopus delemar lipase, followed by TLC purification, should make radioactive, mass-, spin-, or photolabeled phosphoglycerides more easily available.
