摘要
The coupling of a tunable dye laser to a laser microprobe mass analyzer (LAMMA), used to both atomize and ionize matter, allows significant increases in sensitivity by using resonance ionization properties (if we compare the results with those of a standard LAMMA 500 system). We present first the results obtained from studying metal-doped polymer thin sections and then discuss the matrix effects observed. Finally we will present the analysis of a steel alloy as an application of our coupling to more current samples.
