摘要
1. Specific activity of hemolymph phenoloxidase from Lymantria dispar and Galleria mellonella (Insecta: Lepidoptera) differed. 2. The concentration of Ca2+ required to optimally activate phenoloxidase varied with the insect species. 3. Both phenoloxidase species were negatively influenced by K+ and phosphate with L. dispar being the most susceptible. 4. pH optima varied with the enzyme species.
