摘要
Crude extracts of seven wild carrot clones grown as suspension cultures catalyze the formation of 1-sinapoyl glucose from sinapic acid and UDPG or TDPG. These extracts also catalyze the formation of products from UDPG and 4-coumaric, ferulic, caffeic and 3,4-dimethoxy cinnamic acids. The possibility that 1-sinapoyl glucose is an intermediate in the synthesis of the sinapoyl anthocyanin which is accumulated in the vacuoles of the carrot cells is discussed. © 1990.
