摘要
Chirped sampled fibre Bragg gratings have a dispersion that repeats itself periodically, and can thus be used for dispersion compensation over a broad bandwidth, or for multiple channels in WDM systems. The authors demonstrate dispersion compensation at two different wavelengths with such a grating in a 240km fibre link using a 100bit/s externally modulated laser source.
