Production of lipase from Aspergillus tamarii and its compatibility with commercial detergents

摘要
The production of extracellular lipase Aspergillus tamarii isolated from seeds of Nigella sativa and its compatibility with commercial detergents were studied. Optimal conditions for production were: a cultivation period of 6 d, cultivation temperature 30 degrees C, pH 7.0 (0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer) and 0.15 % olive oil. The crude enzyme showed a high level of pH stability but was not thermostable. The enzyme retained more than 90 % of its activity in the presence of some commercial detergents.
