摘要
Reactive membrane intermediates suitable for further functionalization have been synthesized by radical polymerization of 1,2-ethylene dimethacrylate and 2,3-epoxypropyl methacrylate inside the pores of Celgard 2400 porous polypropene. The resulting membranes are pinhole-free and show excellent transport capacity and selectivity when functionalized into anion exchangers. Polymeric composition of the interpenetrating network can be controlled in the synthesis stage, thus imparting a high degree of chemical design flexibility.
