摘要
In a majority of WC/WC grain boundaries Co atoms are concentrated in the WC lattice in the region of the boundary. The Co content is too small to form a continuous Co film. The Co distribution profile of the area around the grain boundaries is asymmetric, indicating their migration. These enriched regions are wider than those caused by the impurity drag effect alone.
