摘要
A fusion protein, FX-CBD(Cex), which comprises factor X with a cellulose-binding domain (CBD(Cex)) fused to its C-terminus, was produced in BHK cells. It was purified from the culture medium by affinity chromatography on cellulose. FX-CBD(Cex) could be activated to FXa-CBD(Cex) with Russell viper venom. FXa-CBD(Cex) was as active as FXa against a chromogenic substrate and against proteins containing the Ile - Glu - Gly - Arg sequence hydrolysed by FXa. FXa-CBD(Cex) retained its activity when adsorbed to cellulose.
