摘要
The authors have proposed a fibre-dispersion management scheme which suppresses modulation instability and achieves high receiver sensitivity. With this scheme, 10Gbit/s nonrepeatered transmission is achieved over the longest yet reported span of 280km dispersion-shifted fibre using a high-output power transmitter (+20dBm) and high-sensitivity receiver (-37.6dBm).
