摘要
Nano-particles, which are self-aggregates of hydrophobized pullulan partly substituted cholesterol moieties (CHP), formed a complex with various globular and soluble proteins such as hemoglobin, peroxidase, myoglobin, and cytochrome c. The nano-particle also showed an excellent colloidal stability and almost no dissociation of the protein from the complex.
