摘要
Single crystals of Gd3Lu2Ga3O12 (GLGG) were grown by the Czochralski method. The obtained crystals were colorless and transparent. Their lattice constants were measured to be 1.26 nm. © 1990, Elsevier Science Publishers B.V. (North-Holland). All rights reserved.
