摘要
Efficient generation of mid-infrared radiation by noncritically phase-matched second-harmonic generation is demonstrated in a mixed chalcopyrite crystal, AgGaxIn1-xSe2, and compared with that in an AgGaSe2 crystal. Nonlinear coefficients d(36) of AgGaxIn1-xSe2 and AgGaSe2 crystals have also been derived. (C) 1995 Optical Society of America
