摘要
Motivated by Oka's early work on molecular collisions and especially collision-induced rotational transitions, this paper addresses progress in these areas. Particular attention is paid to recent extensions to lower energy collisions of astrophysical significance and to questions about the relation between experimental observables and the more fundamental molecular interactions. © 1992.
