摘要
The superconducting volume fraction was estimated by comparative measurements of low field Meissner and shielding signals on both of pellet and granular samples of (La1-xSrx)2CuO4-delta prepared from the spray-dried powder. It has been revealed that bulk homogeneous superconductivity is present over a wide range of Sr composition, 0.0425 less-than-or-equal-to x less-than-or-equal-to 0.125, except a narrow anomaly region around x = 0.0625. The bulk superconducting region extends across the orthorhombic-to-tetragonal phase boundary at x = 0.105, indicating that the crystalline symmetry is not critical with the manifestation of the superconductivity.
