H-1-NMR INVESTIGATION OF THE SDW WAVE-NUMBER IN (TMTTF)(2)BR

摘要
We performed the measurement of H-1-NMR lineshape in the spin density wave (SDW) state of (TMTTF)(2)Br, in which a ''commensurate'' SDW state had been suggested in the recent C-13-NMR measurement. We found the most possible SDW wave-number to be (1/2, 1/4, 0) and the amplitude be 0.14 mu(B)/molecule by a precise analysis of angular dependence of H-1-NMR lineshape. The wavenumber is commensurate but very close to that of the incommensurate SDW in (TMTSF)(2)PF6. The SDW characteristics in (TMTTF)(2)Br are discussed.
