摘要
Cyclic voltammetry was used to investigate the electrochemical properties of hemin at a pyrolytic graphite electrode. Hemin adsorbs strongly at the electrode surface, as shown from film-transfer studies. The electrochemistry of this system is dependent on the pH and polishing procedure. The film of adsorbed hemin can be removed electrochemically by subjecting the electrode to repetitive oxidative scanning. © 1990.
