摘要
The doped systems Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3Oz (0 < x ≤ 0.3) have been investigated by X-ray diffraction and thermogravimetry at high temperature in controlled partial oxygen pressure. The data have been understood in terms of oxygen point defects, related to departure from stoichiometry, with the same model previously used to interpret results obtained for the YBa2Cu3Oz system. Enthalpies of formation of point defects have been calculated. © 1990.
