摘要
Titania fine particles having several components were produced as composite particles by spray-pyrolysis in order to develop new functional materials. The structure of the particles and the effect of production conditions were investigated. The results showed that particle size and the specific surface area were changed by doping Pt, Co, Mn and Ni elements onto the titania matrix, the effects depending on the kind of material doped. The particles doped with Pt had a structure in which platinum particles with a mean diameter of 6.86 nm were dispersed in the matrix, and doped Co-, Mn- and Ni-components were ununiformly dispersed within the particles.
