摘要
A comprehensive structural model of y/ε-MnO2 is proposed. It allows a quantitative characterization of chemically and electrochemically prepared manganese dioxide, provides a mechanism for the proton intercalation process and explains the (essentially) structural origin of the non-reversibility of the pro-ton/MnO2 batteries. © 1991, Taylor & Francis Group.
