摘要
Callus was induced from leaf explants of Dimorphotheca aurantiaca on MS medium with 2.0 mg/L IAA and 1.0 mg/L BAP.Shoots, regenerated from callus on MS medium with 1.0 mg/L IAA and 0.5 mg/L BAP were all vitrified, but the application of GA3 (3.0 mg/L) alone or in conjunction with IAA and BAP overcame this problem and enhanced shoot regeneration as well as in vitro flower formation.The influence of IAA, BAP and GA3 on shoot regeneration, vitrification (hyperhydric growth) and in vitro flower formation in callus cultures of three cultivars of D.aurantiaca is assessed. © 1990, Gustav Fischer Verlag, Stuttgart.
