摘要
A new chemical pathway was found, which allows access to the thermostable, highly conductive tetraselenotetracene chloride radical cation salt (TSeT)2Cl. This way enables the in-situ crystallization of (TSeT)2Cl in a vitrifying polymer matrix. Highly conductive transparent films (sigma = 1-5 S/cm) with networks of (TSeT)2Cl needle-like crystallites of 1000:1 aspect ratio (length/diameter) can be prepared at a fairly low percolation threshold (< 0.5 % w/w). These composite-films show metallic conductivity in a range from 60 K to > 400 K.
