摘要：

1. 1. A study of 88 members of a family (two deceased), a number of whom show lattice degeneration and retinal detachment in the absence of myopia, is presented. 2. 2. The lattice degeneration appears to be progressive with age and to precede retinal detachment by about 20 years. 3. 3. Autosomal dominant appears to be the mode of transmission. 4. 4. Further studies of the hereditary aspects of lattice degeneration associated with retinal detachment should provide valuable information in the area of preventive medicine. © 1968.
