摘要：

The cross section for inclusive scattering of high-energy electrons by H-2, He-3, and He-4 with momentum transfer Absolute value of q approximately 2 GeV/c is calculated using realistic spectral functions. The final-state interaction effects are treated with the correlated Glauber approximation, and the possible occurrence of color transparency is considered. The results are in fair agreement with the SLAC data and confirm the presence of high-momentum components in the deuteron wave function. The final-state interaction effects are significant in He-3 and He-4, and there seem to be systematic differences between theory and experiment at large omega in He-4.
