摘要：

In conclusion, our results indicate that the apoε4 allele is not a significant risk factor for development of CAD or restenosis after percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty. Thus, routine screening of persons for apoε genotypes to identify those at high risk for development of CAD or restenosis is not recommended. © 1995 Excerpta Medica, Inc. All rights reserved.
