摘要
1. 1. The free amino acid concentration and glutamate dehydrogenase (GDH) activity were similar in livers of unfed and estivating African lungfish. 2. 2. Glutamine synthetase was present in brain but undetectable in liver. 3. 3. Lungfish GDH was kinetically similar to amphibian GDH. 4. 4. It appears possible that control of free ammonia production, essential during estivation, is at the level of GDH. © 1968.
