摘要
The Si-Al-O-N system has been thermodynamically reassessed die to the new model used for liquid in the Al2O3-SiO2 binary system and new experimental data in the Al2O3-AlN system. The beta'-sialon phase is described by a new model, (Al3+, Si-3(4+) (O2-, N3-)(3) (N3-)(1) and a set of new parameters was found to describe better the experimental behaviour phase diagram and the beta'-sialon stability in the system even at reasonably low temperatures. Phase diagrams calculated using the new assessment are presented.
