RELAXATIONAL AND DYNAMICAL PROPERTIES OF CONFINED H-BONDED LIQUID-SYSTEMS

摘要
Spectroscopic studies on H-bonded systems (like H2O) in confined geometries are presented, with an emphasis on the role played by the hydrogen bond on the properties of the systems. The reported examples (polyethylene oxide-H2O liquid mixtures and soybean lecithin-based polymer-like gels) put into evidence that the dynamical properties (vibrational, translational and relaxational) of the H2O molecules in these environments deeply differ from those in the bulk.
