摘要
A model of dilute semiconductors has been studied by Monte Carlo methods in the concentration range 0. 7 less than equivalent to x less than equivalent to 1. Results for x equals 0. 7 and x equals 1 are compared with experimental data for Cd//0//. //3Mn//0//. //7Te and beta -MnS. For concentrations 0. 85 less than equivalent to x less than equivalent to 1 the system is found to exhibit a type of 'antiferromagnetic reentrant behavior'.
