摘要
High-rate fabrication techniques for wholly synthesized graded-index fiber preforms were developed. An overall deposition rate of 5. 6 g/min was attained using a multiflame VAD burner and using SiHCl//3. A low loss of 0. 25 db/km at 1. 59 mu m and a small eccentricity of less than 0. 4% were obtained.
